Risk Assessment Project
The purpose is to provide the school-based health centers with the tools and systems that will promote effective and efficient screening and interventions for behavioral health risks. The project will identify appropriate interventions for common behavioral health risks among students. The risks to be addressed are tobacco and alcohol use, depression/suicide, overweight (or poor nutrition), and lack of exercise
